1. How long does it take to get my order to me?
Good question! Since we're still a small company with big dreams it could take us, at most, up to 3 business days to fulfill and ship your order. It usually doesn't come to that but we do like to sleep every now and then.
2. Where do you ship from?
We're currently shipping out of the greater Seattle, WA area. A little North to be exact. What can we say? Our PO Box was cheaper up there.
3. What shipping methods do you offer and how much does it cost?
United States Postal Service First Class Mail
- Orders up to $19.99: $2.75 flat rate inside of a rigid photo mailer and/or a cardboard mailing tube
- Orders between $20.00 and $39.99: $3.50 flat rate inside of a rigid photo mailer and/or a cardboard mailing tube
United States Postal Service Flat Rate Priority
With this faster shipping method orders of any dollar amount
whose dimensions are smaller than 12.5" x 9.5" ship for a flat $5.15 in a USPS Priority Envelope with recycled cardboard to protect your purchase.

4. What if I order an art print along with other products? How will that ship?
Good question! We want to make sure that whatever you order gets to you in great shape. In order to do that all orders with art prints and other assorted products will ship in two separate packages: Art prints in a cardboard mailing tube and all other products in a rigid photo mailer. The best part is, this doesn't affect the shipping cost all. It's still one flat rate! Plus, this means twice the excitement to check your mail!
5. When can I expect my order to arrive?
Glad you asked. Since we're shipping out of the Northwest it's going to depend on where you are in the country, the time of year, and what shipping method you've chosen for your order. First Class usually takes 3-5 business days in transit while Flat Rate Priority typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive. This is also barring any unforeseen shipping delays including, but not limited to, plagues of frogs, lack of continues, and carriers being told they "SHALL...NOT...PAAAAAASS!".
6. Where do you ship to?
We're currently only shipping to the Continental U.S. However! We're exploring the potential to ship internationally and to U.S. territories so please bear with us while we figure that one out. You might want to just press "pause" and grab a snack in the mean time. Mmmmmmmm...international snacks.
7. What's your return policy?
If you're happy, we're happy. That means that if you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase or a postal machine nibbled on your order just let us know and we'll either get you a replacement on our dime or give you a full refund on the item(s) you contact us about.
